Dear students, faculty, parents, alumni,
and supports of the B-U Band, I am so glad to have the opportunity to be an editor for
the Buckhannon Upshur Band website! We are hoping to put
information on here to not only better the students of the band but also keep
their parents up-to-date! The website hasn’t been updated in a white but I’m
going to update everything and keep the chain going when I am graduated. I will
regularly put updates on facebook as well so everyone can access it! If you

Dear current band members, parents, alumni, and
supporters of the
Buckhannon-Upshur High School Bands:
It is my pleasure to continue the website for the B-U Band from
the past, present and for the future. We plan to use this website as a tool to preserve the great history and past
of the band and to use it as an archive to display talent that the Buckhannon-Upshur High School Band exhibits still to this
day in the public eye as we are continued to be called "The Pride of Upshur County." I am quite honored to
be an alumni of this "superior" performing band, the talent that is exhibited by current band members is exciting and makes
me remember the good ol' days of being in the band and what it meant to be a member of the Blue & White Band.

Greetings all,
B-U Band Online began seven years ago with
one primary goal, to become visible throughout cyberspace. We have grown by leaps and bounds since the inaugural run in 2001,
but nevertheless, we maintain simplicity and brevity in showing off your Pride of Upshur County, WV. As you peruse our small
corner of the web, hopefully some of today's group will remind you of yester-year and conjure some nostalgia. Time passes,
but memories, especially the band ones, never fade.
